PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
OxiOut™ Algae and Mold Remover is a high-strength, oxygen powered, environmentally safe, cleaner.  As Step 1 in the revolutionary O2 System, OxiOutTM Algae and Mold Remover can be used on: Roofs, Concrete, Decks, Docks, Fences, Bricks and Pavers.  After cleaning with OxiOut™, use Step 2 OxiShield Algae and Mold Barrier, for continuous protection from damaging algae, mold and mildew on outdoor surfaces.

DO NOT USE ON CEDAR OR REDWOOD.
OxiOut™ Algae & Mold Remover will not harm plants when applied according to the directions. 

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
When working with any chemical, wear appropriate eye and skin protection.  DO NOT MIX WITH ANY OTHER CHEMICALS OR CLEANERS hazardous fumes may result.

1.  Thoroughly mix 6oz of OxiOut™ (6oz = 3 scoops to fill line indicated inside of cap) with one gallon of hot tap water (improves performance and dissolving of crystals).    Mix until crystals are dissolved. Use 8oz (8oz = 4 scoops to fill line indicated inside of cap) for stubborn stains.

1. Use solution within 1 hour of mixing.  To avoid excessive pressure build up, do not store prepared solution in an airtight container.
2. One gallon (3.78 liters) covers approximately 200 square feet (14 square meters) depending on the surface condition and porosity.

Store unused powder in original container, keep dry and away from combustible materials.

PRECAUTION:
Always use proper eye and skin protection when using.  Keep out of reach of children and pets.
CAUTION: Causes eye irritation.  IF IN EYES: Rinse immediately with cool, running water.  Remove any contact lenses and continue flushing with water for at least 15 minutes.  Call a physician or poison control center promptly for treatment advice.
IF SWALLOWED DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING: Rinse mouth thoroughly with cool running water, drink one to two glasses of water and call a physician or poison control immediately.
IF ON SKIN OR CLOTHING: Immediately remove contaminated clothing, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water.  Continually flush for 15 minutes.  If irritation persists, call a physician.

APPLICATION:
1.  Lightly dampen surface with water prior to cleaning.

1. Test a small, inconspicuous area before use to ensure desired results.
2. Apply OxiOut™ solution with a pump-style garden sprayer, brush or roller.  Sprayer is the recommended way to apply for best results. Surface may become slippery when wet. 
3. Allow the solution to stand on the surface for 20 minutes keeping the area wet with additional OxiOut™ solution as needed.  For wood and concrete, brush lightly with a stiff bristle brush or broom.  Avoid use in direct sunlight and excessive heat to avoid rapid drying.  Do not allow surface to dry.
4. Thoroughly rinse the surface using a garden hose with maximum nozzle pressure.  For tougher stains, rinse using a pressure washer at 800 -1500psi with a wide spray pattern.  Certain types of algae, molds and tougher stains may need a second application of OxiOut™ Algae & Mold Remover.
5. Allow surface to dry completely before applying Step 2, OxiShield™ Algae & Mold Barrier.
6. When project is complete, rinse all equipment thoroughly with water.
7. Dispose of unused solution within 6 hours of use.  To dispose, pour down drain, or follow local ordinances.  OxiOut is septic system safe.
